Dr. Cevadzade is born in Tehran/Iran.After graduation from FERDOWSI high school in Tabriz/ Iran in 1980, started study in Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara,Turkey on Sep,01,1981.After graduation from Faculty of Medicine on 31.12.1991 he worked as a Practicioner until 1993 and then started as a resident in Ophthalmology Clinic on 03.05.1993 and finished on 03.08.1997.
He started to work as an Ophthalmologist in Turkish Health Ministry Hospital in AKSEKI -ANTALYA as Head Doctor and Chief of the Hospital for 9 months.After that time he worked as a chief of the Eye Disease Clinics in Country Hospitals of the Health Ministry and resigned on 21.11.2004 from Ministry and started to work in Private Clinics as a chief of the Ophthalmology Clinic.Now he is working as a Consultant chief of Eye diseases Clinic in Antalya.
He is a member of Turkish Ophthalmology Society,ESCRS and attended as a guest doctor in a lot of Opthalmology Clinics in Germany and Holland.
